The Temple of Yesod Qabalah Meditation is a great aid with understanding, and improving the experience of, the practical Qabalah teachings.
Yesod the Foundation
Yesod – also known as the Foundation – is sephirah number 9 and situated directly above Malkuth on the Tree of Life. Yesod represents the Power of the Subconscious Mind and Emotional Stability.
In guided meditation the journey to this Temple of the Sea sets the scene for the student to observe images of the past and memories of many lives, and many dreams.
Inside the Temple the walls are made of silver and mirror-like. If you choose to look deeply into the mirrors you may catch a glimpse of your personal spirit guide.
The following is an extract from the Temple of Yesod guided meditation that can be found in the Yesod workbook. This meditation helps us to use our creative power and build the imagery around the Sea Temple of Yesod, and connect with the Astral Worlds:
Yesod is sephirah number 9 on the Tree of Life. After Yesod, the next sephirah, and meditation, to explore is Hod. Hod introduces us to the Power of Thought and the importance of building clear images in the mind.
